  • Avoid crowded places, especially where social distancing is not possible.
  • Encourage children to stay at least six feet from those who are unwell when they cough, sneeze, or show other symptoms.

Follow Mask-Wearing Guidelines:

  • Ensure that children above the age of 2 wear masks in public settings where physical distancing is challenging.
  • Teach children how to properly wear, remove, and handle masks to avoid contamination.
  • Regularly wash reusable masks and provide an adequate supply of disposable masks.

Keep Indoor Spaces Clean and Well-Ventilated:

  • Surfaces that are frequently touched, such as doorknobs, light switches, and toys, should be regularly cleaned and disinfected.
  • Use fans or air purifiers to maintain good ventilation.
  • You should avoid sharing personal belongings with individuals outside your household, especially toys.

Promote Healthy Habits:

  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle by ensuring children get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, and engage in regular physical activity.
